Each week you will have a question that you must answer.
The questions are worth 10 points each. Those who answer the questions on this math blog will receive 2 extra credit points each week.
YOU MUST USE AT LEAST THREE SENTENCES TO EXPLAIN YOUR ANSWERS.

GP 3 Week 1 (DUE 1/14/16)
PICK ONE CONCEPT THAT WE HAVE LEARNED IN CLASS. USE AT LEAST THREE SENTENCES TO EXPLAIN YOUR CONCEPT.
Jackson 7 the graph of y=mx+b the is the slope-intercept from of the equetoin of a stright time the valve of b is the y-intercept which is the point where the graph crosses they axis the number m is the slope of the line.
Period 2 the graph of y=mx+b the is the slope-intercept from of the equetoin of a stright time the valve of b is the y-intercept which is the point where the graph crosses they axis the number m is the slope of the line.
One concept that we have learned in class is how to solve proportions using cross products. You cross multiply by taking the numerator of one of the fractions and multiply it by the denominator of the other fraction you do this to both sides. Then if both sides are equal its a proportion.
One concept that we have learned in class is how to solve proportions using cross products. You cross multiply by taking the numerator of one of the fractions and multiply it by the denominator of the other fraction you do this to both sides. Then if both sides are equal its a proportion.
Jackson 7 one thing we learned in class is the solution. The solution is the point on a graph where the lines cross/meet.You plot the points then find where they meet at and thats your solution. Arryanna Roberson
One concept that I have learned in class this year is graphing a less than and greater than equality. First we find the solution of the inequality. Then sometimes we graph the equality.
Jackson 1 One concept that i have learned in class is "If you multiply or divide an inequality by a negative number you must flip the sign." When you multiply or divide an inequality by a positive number you dont flip the sign.here are some examples:x/-6<7. You multiply both sides by -6 , you get -42 , then you put x>-42. Because you flip the sign.
Jackson 4 The graph of y=mx+b. The x is the slope-intercept from of the equation of a straight line. The value of b is the y-intercept which is the point where the graph crosses they axis the number m is the slope of the line. The y is the answer to the equation.
1 concept I learned is using No Solution/ All Real numbers. If both numbers are equal, it'd be all real numbers. If they're not equal, it'd be No Solution.
One concept that we have learned in class is how to find slope. To find slope you take two points and use the formula y2-y1/x2-x1. This will give you the slope. Also slope=M
One concept i learned this week was to find the slope. You need two points to get the slope. So you use y2-y1/x2-x1. Then you will get the slope, slope=m
One concept I learned in class would be initial value and rate of change. Initial value stands for the y intercept while rate of change stands for slope.
Jackson 1: One concept I learned in class was the initial value and the rate of change. The initial value stands for the y intercept and the rate of change stands for the slope.
Jackson 1 One concept i learned in class was about how to find slope useing y2-y1 ----- x2-x1 to find slope you use 2 coordinates 2,3 2=x1 3=y1 3,4 3=x2 4=y2
england 3 One concept I learned in class was the initial value and the rate of change. The initial value stands for the y intercept and the rates change stands for the slope

Rise over run. In a graph if you want to find where the points are located you go up (which is rise) then you go over (which is run). Ex: (4,2) First you go up four then over 2.

We learn about slopes.
ReplyDeleteAnd learn about y-intercept.and where the graph crosses.solving system by adding.
