GP 2 Week 5
When a real estate agent sells a house, the agent receives 6% of the sale price as a commission. The agent lists the sale price for a house as $208,000. a. How much of a commission should the agent expect to receive for selling this house at full price? b. The house actually sells for $205,000. How much of a commission does the agent receive?
England 7 The agent should expect to receive $12,480 in commission. Since the house ended up selling for $205,000 then the agent should actually receive $12,300 in commission. I got my answer by multiplying 208,000 and 205,000 by 0.06.
The agent would receive 12,480 dollars in commission. Since the house is selling for 205,000 dollars would receive 12,300 dollars. 205,000 x .06 = 12,300. 208,000 x .06 = 12,300.
If it sold for $208,000 the real estate agent gets $12,480. If it sold for $208,000 the real estate agent gets $12,300. Multiply $208,000 by 6% and $205,000 by 6% and you get the amount of money the real estate agent gets.
Note: I might consider this job, i'm selling houses for a company and getting paid 4 times a monthly pay most households get.
The agent would receive 12,480 dollars in commission. Since the house is selling for 205,000 dollars would receive 12,300 dollars. 205,000 x .06 = 12,300. 208,000 x .06 = 12,300.
The agent would get $12,480. Since the house selling for $205,000 would receive $12,300. $205,000 X .06= $12,300 and $208,000 X .06= $12,300. Jackson 2
A. the agent would get $12,300 because you do 205,000 X 6%= $12,300 B. the agent would get the same $12,300 because you do 208,000 X 6%= $12,300 so the agent would receive $12,300 from each house.
She would get 12,480 dollars in commission. Because the house is selling for 205,000 dollars, would receive 12,300 dollars. 205,000 x .06 = 12,300. 208,000 x .06 = 12,300.
The agent would get $12,480. since the house is selling for $205,000 the agent would receive $12,300. $205,000 x.06= $12,300 and $208,000 x.06= $12,300.
jackson 2 a.The agent would get 12,480 b/c the house is selling for 208,000 so 208,000 x .06=12,480 b.the agents should get 12,300 in commission b/c 205,000 x.06=12,300
She would get 12,480 dollars in commission. Because the house is selling for 205,000 dollars, would receive 12,300 dollars. 205,000 x .06 = 12,300. 208,000 x .06 = 12,300
England 2 The Agent should expect 12,480 in commission. The Agent should actually receive 12,300 since 208,000 x .06= 12,300 and 204,000 x .06= 12,300.
a. The agent should expect to get 12,480 in commission because 208,000 x .06 is 204,00. b. The agent should expect 12,300 because 205,000 x .06 is 12,300
A) The agent would recieve $12,480. You had to multiply the full price by the commision. B) The agent would recieve $12,300. You had to multiply the actual cost by the commision. England 5
England7 The agent would expect to receive 12,480 for selling the house in actual commission. I got my answer by multiplying 208,000 by .6 But the agent would actual receive $12,300 for selling the house for 205,000.I got my answer by multiplying 205,000 by .6
The real estate agent would expect to make at least $12,480 for full commission. I got that by 208000x6%. For selling the house for what its worth she would expect to make at least $12,300. I got that by 205000x6%.
the agent would expect to receive $12,480 because if you multiply $208,000 x 6 you will get 12,480 The agent would recieve $12,300 because if you multiply 205,000 x 6 you will get 12,300 .
England 7 The agent should expect to receive $12,480 in commission. Since the house ended up selling for $205,000 then the agent really only should expect $12,300. I got my answer by multiplying 208,000 and 205 by 0.06
The agent will receive 12,480 dollars in commission. So because the house ended up selling for $205,000 the agent will only get 12,300 dollars. To get my answer i multiplied 208,000 and 205 by 0.06
the agent would expect to receive $12,480 if you multiply $208,000 x 6 you will get 12,480 The agent would recieve $12,300 if you multiply 205,000 x 6 you will get 12,300 .Engald1
The agent (A) would recieve $12,480 if you multiply the full price by the commision The agent (B) would recieve $12,300 if you multiply the actual cost by the commision England 5
England 7 (A) The agent would receive $1248000. (B) The agent would receive $1230000. I got my answer by multiplying price of the house by 6 percent of the commission.
