Using the set of data above what produces the greatest number, the mean, median, or mode?
The mean would get you the greatest answer. I know this because if you add up all the numbers the divide you’d get 25.75 . The mode would be 10 because it occurs the most. The median would be about 15 because 10 and 20 are in the middle and in the middle of that number Is 15. 25 is the greatest out of all of the numbers
The mean comes out to the biggest number. I know this because I added up all the number, so 3 + 6 + 10 + 10 + 20 + 37 + 50 + 70 206. Then, you divide it by the ammount of numbers so 206 / 8 = 25.75. The mode is 10 because it is in there the most, and the median is 15 because 10, and 20 are in the middle, and the number in between would be 15. This makes the mean the greatest number, because it is larger than all the others.
The mean is is the average you are suppose to add all the numbers together then Divide how many ever numbers their is. so sense the numbers are 3,6,10,10,20,37,50,70 you add all these numbers together the answer would be 206 then you Divide 206 by 8 then you get 25.75 an that is your average(Mean). For median you just find the middle number 20 because its in the middle of all the numbers.
